After many years as a therapist, I’ve learned that there is no normal. We’re all just trying to be our best selves.

I’ve had a couple of different lives in pursuit of my own best self: I worked in finance in New York, then practiced law in Shreveport for over 15 years.
I’m now a full-time practicing therapist, my most fulfilling work by far.
I help adults from all walks of life, with all kinds of problems. We can talk about anything, and everything we talk about is confidential.
