Schedule an Appointment

If you are a new client, please click on the "Client Portal" link below. You will be directed to a page where you can fill out some information about yourself and send me a brief message. (Please note, if you will not be using health insurance to pay for the visit, you may leave that section of the form blank.)  If we have not already spoken by phone to schedule your first appointment, I will contact you to do so.

If you are a current client, and have set up a username and password with me, please click the "Client Portal" link below, and you may schedule, change or cancel an appointment.  You may also send me a brief message.

If you do not have a username and password, discuss it with me in our next session and we will set one up for you.
